Cabelas had Mosins on sale for $99 bucks. I got there a couple days before the sale date, but with a bit of whinning, being out of town they let me have it at the Sale Price. I picked through a bunch of them and found one that looked (the barrel) like it had never been fired, snatched up and it turned out to be a great shooter. Its gonna be used in Ventage Military Rifle Matches.
I was really suprised how well it shot.
