more than one 22lr pistols?

Lots of people are very happy with the Umarex 22s no matter what brand is stamped on them. I am probably going to buy one as my next purchase. I wouldn't buy an umarex 1911. It just doesn't seem right. A copy of a modern pistol that is half plastic to begin with? Sure.

I'm in full agreement with "you can't have too many .22's".

The 9mm/.22lr conversion is a great idea if you're willing to pay the price of the conversion kit. The price for the CZ conversion kit I bought would have paid for another .22 handgun.
However, it was worth the price - I'm able to train & shoot .22 out of the same pistol that I keep in my nightstand. And it's very accurate - it'll keep up with my wife's Ruger MKII on the reactive range.

More than one .22lr handgun? But of course! I have five. A Ruger 22/45, Ruger Single Six, Taurus PT22PLY, and a pair of Baikal IZH35M target pistols.

Since my last post on this subject, I've changed my inventory of .22 pistols. I still have my S&W Model 41, a Ruger Mark iii Target and now a newly purchased Ruger Mark iii Target Competition. Looks like I like Rugers!

I've gotten rid of my S&W M22A and my BuckMark. My Hammerli Xesse blew its barrel last year. Nice shooting pistol, but..... The S&W Model 41 is the best of the .22 pistols I've fired.

I second the CZ-75 with the 22 Kadet Kit. Love my CZ-75 9mm, and love that I can practice with 22 ammo by just switching the slide.

The conversion kit is almost the cost of CZ-75 but its worth it. Its the only .22 I own and I have no need for any others.

If you can find .22LR ammo :)
My current favorite is a Ceiner conversion for my 1911.
I could almost live without my Ruger MkII and my S&W M18.
Almost.
