Hay Folks,

I say money for nothin because I already had a can of
plastic dip. It didn't cost me anything,

I decided I was going to put some plastic coat on the
trigger of my KelTec P-32,

Well, I got it on there,

But then I got a little carried away and coated the entire
frame,

Then I thought, why not dip my NAA 22 Mag,

Now is that cool or what?

That may help dampen the recoil of your NAA.

Hay Standin Wolf,

The rubber on the NAA 22Mag is really a good deal.
It helps to hold it. The stock grips are slick and this
helps to make it a little fatter, softer and easier to
use.

The coating on the Kel Tec is thin. It may be useless.
It is easy to remove, especially when it's thin.

It is thick on the 22Mag, and will be there until I cut
it off.

You sure got that right,

I sure as heck ain't following your'es,,,

I am too old to follow everyone around like a sheep.

I do my own thing. Like it or not.

Lanyard in a can?

Hay Trig,

It is like liquid rubber that feels like rubber when
it dries. It is for putting a rubber coating on the
handles of hand tools, like pyres, screw drivers
and so on.

... and people complain that I FUBAR and Bubba up firearms. Dear Lord

At least I do it on a budget. Yes, they spend $80 here
and $40 there, and then $120 over there. Give me a break
please!

It is just a gun???

Yes, that is cool though to have all that high falutin stuff,

but I ain't cool, I am original!

Actually on the trigger of the small Kel Tec guns the coating is a great idea. It would help the trigger not dig into your finger so much.

Kreyzhorse-
At one time I had a layer or two of electrical tape depressing the grip safety on my 1911 but it blended in well with the black rubber (not from a can) grips. Does that count?
Tabdog-
I agree. A handgun is a tool and a tool sometimes needs modifications to fit the job or the user. If it works for you maybe it will work for someone else. Thanks for sharing!

All right, someone post a picture of a duct tape grip modification. I know some body on here has done it.

Hay Kreyzhorse,

I would like to see it.

I am always interested in the mods people do.
