Maybe have him sit in prison for the next 12 years will teach him a
good lesson. Death penalty against minors...hmmm, numerous problems
areise. And maybe with some year-long care, you can still make
something out of this kid. Just have him educated decently while
sittin in the jail.

I make a difference between a hardcore, 12-year-old gangbanger and
this guy who shot his teacher.
