Mini-14: Why do people hate it so much?

As I recall, it was on the net and it was http:/www.clipsnstuff.com since I was unable to find anything but USA mags here in Colorado Springs. I got three different USA 20 round mags from a local dealer that none of which would feed four rounds without malfunction. Only after the third time did I realize he was just throwing the mags I brought back into the same drawer he was getting others out to replace those I brought back. The ultimate in recycling! So much for concern for the customer. Wouldn't refund my money so I took it out in a spare mag for my G23.:rolleyes:
 
Last time I talked to the Guys at ClipsnStuff they said they were almost out of ALL the new PMI mags. USA Mags can be salvaged if you replace the mag followers with ones from www.brownells.com and do a little bending with some plyers. I salvaged 4 30rd SS USA mags that almost went in the trash.

... that this thread just keeps on going. I tried to read every post, but it got pretty monotonous. I don't think anybody "HATES" the Mini 14. A lot of us just don't have any use for it.

I've noticed more,"Why Do People Hate the ____" threads lately. What's this preoccupation with the word "hate"? 'Looks like the Liberal Socialists are winning the language war.

I tried a few Masen 10-round mags for my Mini-14. I had to return them as they continually malfunctioned. They kept trying to double feed or not at all.
