Mike is innocent......the jury has spoken

Not to be callous, but in the case of the verdict, it really doesn't matter if he's a pedophile or not.

The jury found him Not Guilty. As BigG pointed out, acquittal is not a finding of Innocence. It means that the State's case did not prove Guilt. Y'all who are calling for the little twerp's head based on other factors should really be careful. You're urinating in your own Corn Flakes when you reject the American System of Jurisprudence and wish for a Majority Drive-By Opinion.

You could be next in the box....and innocent to boot.

"Never said there was no such thing.. but MJ is a "homosexual" pedo, not a heterosexual pedo..

im not taking up for him, hes a very different cat for sure, ive never been a fan. i do think its likely he did it, but i also can see where he is just so mentally and emotionally warped that he is trying to have the childhood he never had. ever seen his dad? thats one mean looking s.o.b. probably beat the hell out of his kids if they sung a bum note.

guilty or not, what an idiot! have you seen his website? this guy is trying to rebuild whats left of his image by comparing his aquittal to the fall of the berlin wall, the birth of m.l.k. and the release of nelson mandela.

yea thats the way jacko, im sure thats impressing lots of folks.

So answer the question.

If you are gonna call me a loser how about backing it up.

I defy you to find, in 2000 posts, between here and THR any icident of "FagBashing",racist remarks are predjudice in general. Not even any on the level of your Mexican bashing posts

Come to think of it here's a site you may enjoy White Boys R Us

Rojoe67,
yep - I figured it out. :D
Celeb trials like Oj, Mj -

Kind of like our mandatory drug seminar the state board of workmen's comp forces on my employer...
I took no small measure of pride in the fact that I was clueless about current drug terminology. The drug lady (the blissninny bitty) giving the seminar was not pleased when I told her I was proud of the fact that I failed her little drug terminology quiz...
don't use em - don't want to know about em in detail.
Same goes with most celebrity stuff.

Shared the same zip code with MJ for many years. Sneddon is an absolute baffoon. He has had a grudge against that guy for years. God help you if you needed service from that clown and his minions. They couldn't be bothered with the common man, that's a fact. Had some dirtball try to molest my daughter. So instead of taking care of it myself, I called the cops and let the system do it. They gave him 6 mos. and sex offender status. Plus the usual stay away form. Well, I seen that bastard a month later within yards of my house. Called the DA. My answer was "what do you want me to do about it". Wow. The deputy DA's name was Rick Henry. A Sneddon toady. If Mellville had to take care of this himself, you best believe MJ would have been in the big house a half a year already. He doesn't play with that garbage. It was Sneddon's fault 100%

I suppose.. at this point.. it would be entirely too "redneck" of me to say that Jackson should be in jail to keep him from molesting little boys again..

The fact that we are dancing around this like it was some kind of special circumstance just goes to show how far America's moral bar has been lowered.

This is a sad situation here guys.. We are waltzing with a "confessed" homosexual pedophile.. Yes.. he settled out of court twice...

What has happened to the American male...??.. We used to be better than this..

Are you suggesting that ignoring due process and meting out mob justice is the American way?

Once upon a time, the "American male" could get away with visiting the prison at night, dragging uppity blacks who were accused of raping white women out of their cells, and hanging them as public entertainment. That wasn't too awfully long ago. I am getting sick of hearing about how those folk were somehow blessed with a higher sense of morality.

I never advocated that in my post... but you knew that..

I did say that Jackson should be in jail to keep him from molesting again.. and I did say that the fact that we are dancing around this subject like it's something special shows how far the moral bar in America has been lowered.

We tried to keep him in jail, but we couldn't get a conviction. Are you suggesting that we go ahead and keep people in jail, even though they were found "not guilty"?

That's a dangerous step, to keep someone in jail after a jury says there's no reason to keep them there.

and I did say that the fact that we are dancing around this subject like it's something special shows how far the moral bar in America has been lowered.

I don't see any 'dancing around it'.

I am seeing a bunch of people trying to explain how the system works, and I see other people opining that we keep certain people in jail after a jury of their peers found no reason to keep them in jail.

But I don't see any dancing around.

Yeah, lawdog had it right in his first post. The jury has spoken, the system did its job. Let the guy go free even if he was guilty, lest the system jails one innocent man.

You other guys sound rightous in your thinking, perceived child molester and all that...but you're kind of sounding like a lynch mob.

The bottom line of what I'm trying to say .. I don't see anyone here worrying about the kids he has molested or the kids he's going to molest.

I see it as dancing... trying to justify keeping a molester on the streets.. to me that's dancing... maybe I should be more PC and call it knitting, or hockey.. but I'm not that PC

Sooo, you have conclusive evidence that he did it?

Child molesting is very emotionally stirring and thats what you guys are basing your statements on. Thats incorrect.

Would you want your trial decided on emotions rather then facts?

If you're looking for someone to say nice things about a situation where a California jury sets an admitted homosexual pedophile free... you really need to be talking to someone else other than me..
