W wolfdog45 New member Jun 10, 2006 #21 After you clean your gun after shooting corrosive ammo alway's put gun oil down the bore to keep it from rusting. Then before you shoot it run a patch down the bore to remove all oil. That is what I do to keep my bores from rusting.
