Immature/mature mind.
Whenever I read of this type of person who is quite pleased with the idea of blowing up perfect strangers, I remember the philosoper Russell's concept that : There is nothing more dangerous than a mature idea in an immature mind.
Some Very mature ideas are found are found in sites like 'The Firing Line' concerning the responsible use of weapons. Sadly, some Very immature minds also are armed. I won't even go into what people do with one of the most mature ideas...religious beliefs. Terrorists are simply without honor and that's the world we live in at this time. The Boy Scouts were right. Be prepared.
