I have a norinco mak 90 with a milled receiver and it is slanted. My question is: I have done all the work to make it 922compliant and Im doing the machine work to get ride of the slant. Im looking at a tapco 6 position stock, do I need to buy the one for the milled receiver or stamped? Sounds like a stupid question but I ask because I know it isnt set up for my gun either way due to the gap. Like I said, Im closing that gap with some steel so I just need to know which style to get. TY
I hope so cuz I ordered the dark flat earth tapco t6 for milled receiver. going to be a pain in the ass to make that slant straight again because I believe it isnt as simple as just boxing it back in. Ill post pics as I mod it
Thanks for the great post as I was wanting to start working on a new configuration for my MAK 90 milled and came across this video on youtub (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-UVpNz6Hqw). Now, I've read as much as my head can handle and I'm just down to one question (thanks to you all!), can I still do this with my milled receiver and if so, is there anything extra I will need to be prepared for? It's a slant so I'm expecting the screw to need to be longer and may need the Tapco G2; however, I wanted to start here as this topic seamed perfect! Thanks for any suggestions or help!
Edit: I forgot to add, the real big question that was to be asked was will the Falcon folding stock work on a non stamped, or should I be looking at the ACE folding for milled?
