Yes, a friend has one. It has a rough strip in the barrel, maybe a thread out of a cleaning patch left to draw moisture. It is very accurate when clean but that strip fouls rapidly.

I have a low-number (forget the number range). Between the previous owner and I, it has fired hundreds, if not thousands, of full-power milsurp rounds. Now I treat it as any of my antiques. Only light cast bullet loads with no bystanders nearby. I don't want the talking-to and liabilities of any form.
