Looking for Revolver Suggestion for Wife

I would recommend a 4" .357 if it is not too heavy for her. The .357 will wear better for range use than a .38. It will also give option of .357 rounds if she can handle or load down to light .38. If FA too heavy look for a similar .38. I really like the Lady Smith .38, but if not ccw a 4" for range and home is much easier to shoot and hit target. Spend a little extra for some good target sights. May also have to play with different grips if her hands are small.

A S&W K-frame should be easy for her to use - the DA trigger pull may be a little heavier than on some semiauto's but a good quality S&W revolver will have a smooth double action trigger pull that is easy to master, and a single action pull as slick as dry ice on glass. Have her try some and see what she concludes.
