Looking for critique on a new magazine loader

I am sure you can sell some, just look at the people buying electric primer tube fillers.

A police academy where everybody is using the same brand of gun would be a good customer. And what about the guy who runs the full auto range in Las Vegas. Anything to cut the turnaround time on a popular SMG would be good for him.

I like it. I dont know that I would buy one but it would be cool to load up a number of mags before leaving for a range session. If it were designed to load some other high volume rifle rounds 7.62x39, 5.56 for example that would be very enticing as well.

The final version is done and we are prepping the campaign. Thank you everyone for your input!

Much smaller, much more portable and practical.

A bit much for me to want one, but I am not needing to load mags constantly, and have the physical ability to load mags well by hand.

But I can see the usefulness of it for certain types of shooters and especially gun ranges.

I agree it's really out of my price range for what it does, but Im probably not your target market.

I wish you luck and hope you're successful in your launch.

For individual use, it would be overkill, IMO. For institutional use, I think you have a winner. Police academy, LE ranges, even military. Key is that it doesn't jam.

Sub $225 is what we are shooting for

I can't give a price but it's certainly not what I would consider a lot.
Your views about money are VERY different from mine. For me, that's a very interesting gizmo but at that price point (which is about what I expected after seeing the video) it's orders of magnitude more than I'm willing to spend just to put cartridges in a magazine. To be honest, the only people I can think of who might be in a position to use that capability would be professional competitors, who shoot hundreds or even thousands of rounds every day.

But not many ranges (as in none I've ever heard of) have a/c poser at the shooting benches, and for a high-volume shooter a limitation of 500 rounds to a battery charge is probably too much of a limitation.

I give it high marks for innovation but I just don't see a market.

I'm missing my left hand.

I'm not paying over $100 to load mags. I loaded by hand exclusively until Caldwell released their pistol mag loader.

Now, if you could get it covered by insurance.......

Also, high volume ipsc or uspsa shooters or teams might but this over something like an uplula do to the volume of mags they load and the hand stress of loading mags. Same with leo. If they could eliminate mag loading injuries in training and practice, $225 would be cheap. People paid to shoot whom are covered by OSHA regs are your target market.
