Taurus Stellar Tracker
Bullrock, it is my understanding that this fine gun in all 3 barrel lengths is discontinued. When I bought my 2 in. there were 3 available. I checked before answering and they are gone from this dealer, but I live in North Carolina so other regions might have some. It is a bargain for the $$. Both of my 25-2s Smiths have had custom trigger work - both have a smooth DA trigger at about 7 pounds - I only shoot DA. Only Federal primers ignite every time. The moon clips are a God send; I beveled the cylinder considerably and can literally "throw" the reload into place while moving and not taking my eye off the target. Round butt rubber grips with finger groves make both a joy to shoot - I can not, however, tell the difference in recoil between the Magna Ported one and the stock 6 in. gun. It has been 20 years but I believe my El Presidente time at Gunsite was 8.4 sec. - score 57. I do remember, however, that this time and score beat all of the semi-auto shooters. Fond memories. Growing old is made more acceptible by the memories of years past!
