Before you start messing with powder charges below minimum or buying different springs, have you considered changing your powder?
I had the same issue with 9mm when I first began a few years ago. My wife did not like the performance provided by TiteGroup (too fast, too much bounce even after adjusting grains). I asked questions of the board and received a number of good suggestions. With some of those suggestions in hand I turned to the Burn Rate chart and load data, really beginning to gain an understanding of what this art form is all about. I wanted a slower speed rate to control the guns' kick. I had no desire to play with loads outside of the published data, felt it safer to stay within proven boundaries and work towards a preferred product. I moved down the line to Silouthee, worked for a while, but still not what we were looking for. Finally, based upon another suggestion found a shotgun powder, Longshot. It was a comfortable fit and haven't changed brands since.
There are many on the board who will tell you their personal preference in powder. Others will speak to cost and working around the issue of grain weight because they are purchasing what is available in the market. Then there is the practice of finding what works, staying patient and buying in bulk when the opportunity presents itself. I think you still have some searching to do with your powder supply before you resort to working outside the load boundaries. Just a thought.
I wish you well in your journey.
