Yes. I've had prompt service from Duda in the past, too. I found one Amazon source of 10 lb postage paid for $24.50. Not sure I'd change to save $0.45, though, because of the prompt delivery by Duda.
Since Lemishine is a form of citric acid, plus additives, you get the same effect at lower cost using citric acid instead. A higher percent (5% is the old Frankford Arsenal formula from before neck annealing became standard practice, so before the early 1920's) was 5% citric acid in water. But you can be sure this would do a lot of brass and be a reusable cleaner.
