Mas, outside of finding each attorney and asking them, I don't see how. I've physically looked at all the records of Minidoka (my home) and Cassia County (6 miles away), there is nothing in any of the 36 cases (going back to 1906/claiming SD for the resultant homicide) to indicate one way or another.
It's a thought I'll keep, as I go about the state and have time to look at this stuff. I have some contacts in Boise and can have them investigate Ada and the other close-by counties.
This is turning into an interesting research project. Likely to be at least another year before I have anything tangible.
