Lefty needs help deciding left or right (bolt action)

i leaned how to run a P-38 or starve left handed in the service, backwards. can held in right hand,P-38 held in the left and ran clock wise.eastbank

The one thing that I DO remember is that we always had an electric can opener.

I hate right handed manual can openers. They are just so damn awkward. Funny thing is a friend bought me a left handed can opener and I can't use it. It is even more awkward to use.

I'm right handed but left-eye dominant and shoot long guns and compound bows left-handed. I definitely prefer left hand bolt actions.

I am blind in my right eye also and shoot left handed.

I ultimately decided on the Left Handed Winchester Mod. 70 and have not looked back.

Lots of options to choose from. One not mentioned is the CZ. Probably one of the best values out there.

left hander need help

I am left handed and shoot left handed bolts. Ther are plenty out there if
you make an effort to look for them. I have several Savage 110 bolts, and several Remington 700. You can find the old ones and there are lots of new one for sale. Some people don't like Savage, because they are not as nice as most other guns. But they sure shoot every bit as good, mayby better. I have several calibers: 22-250. 243, 25-06, 7mm mauser, 7mm mag, .308, 30-06, 300 win mag. That is plenty of calibers for all game in the states. If you are interested in one of mines, send me an email, and we will see what happens. [highstand]
