KY Imports - Opinions?

I've had two dealings with them--I travel through Louisville quite frequently and wanted to purchase something that they had advertised. I'll sum them up with one line:

a**holes with attitude.

I'll spend my money elsewhere; there are too many good people in this industry to tolerate such as these jokers.

I purchased a NIB Sig P226 from them -- I wasn't going to marry the sister of the guy on the phone, so I didn't care if he sounded "southern", northern, western, or Marsian -- I asked a question, got a straight answer, and told him I was gonna call back. Shopped for a better price a little, called him again, made the transaction. Period.
 
I ordered some mags from them w/o any problems. The woman I spoke to seemed friendly enough. Never bought a used gun before, so I can't be of any help there.
 
I was once tempted to order from KY, but found that their price for what I wanted (new Glock hi-caps) was substantially more than from at least two other sources.
 
Jelly? I always wondered why they called it jelly, it should be called Jam thats what it is used for anyway.
