Two Wheelies

2 1/2 inch 686-4. S&W states it was manufactured in 1993. Bought new in early '94 for $349.95. Holster made for the gun by Sullivan's (Tampa FL).

6 inch Colt Python, vintage 1967. Purchased used in a Tampa pawnshop, with original Colt stocks, in 1995. They were asking $360 for it. After checking out the gun, I had no problem with that! I put the Pachmayrs on it to keep the old grips in nice condition.

This is a police issue only model 10B High Standard semi-auto, 5 shot 2 3/4 high brass or magnum, 12gauge.

Its purpose was for cqb, single or both hand operation. It came equipped with a rotating buttplate, folding front sight, a folding, removable carry handle and a detachable Kel-Lite aluminum 'tactical' light.

It's a 36 year old collector item and worth about a grand...and rising.

Favorite of my small collection. S&W 686 .357 Mag, 4", polished stainless with Hogue grip. It was my first carry gun, and I still own it.
