Hey PlayboyPenguin, is that M77 MkII a stainless receiver & bbl? Or did you deviate from your all-stainless steel handgun & rifle theme? Gotta love the superman thing on the 1894.... :)

Its been awhile since I posted in this one...and it should've been a bit longer coz I just deleted this post.

Why? So I could repost almost the exact same thing, of course. Look, it doesn't HAVE to make sense to you, right, just me...

Colt ORM M1991 and a FN Hi-Power mk3 (thanks, CDNN).

A Ruger Bisley Single Six. This little guy is so photogenic, I can't help using it as a model every time I'm bored.

Not the best picture quality, sorry. You all make me jealous...some very nice hardware.

From top to bottom:

HK USP Tatical 45 - Picked this up because I enjoyed shooting the HK Mark 23 but didn't want to spend the money on one. This is equally a joy to shoot and got a fairly good deal on it.

Beretta 96FS (.40) - My absolute favorite firearm that I own. The ergos on it just feel so natural. It has a good weight to it and by far is the firearm that I'm most profiecient at using, at the moment...

Springfield XD .45 Tatical - The newest addition. Haven't had a chance to break her in yet...my range had a roof collapse over the weekend b/c of the rain. So no true opinions other than it also has a good weight to it and the ergos are good, but not as nice as the Beretta.

It is stainless. I did deviate though. I bought a Birds Head Vaquero in the colr case finish. Just fell in love with it. Here is an updated pic.

....your stainless Mil-spec has a stainless recoil spring plug, and a longer trigger than what comes with the pistol...did you do a trigger job and add a longer trigger, and change out the plug? The Coco Bolo grips are a perfect compliment to the stainless pistol...who makes them?

BTW, your photography is outstanding.

Thank you for the compliments. So far I have added:

EGW Barrel Bushing
Ed Brown Recoil Plug
Ed Brown Hex Grip Screws
Hogue Checkered Pau Ferro Grips
Wolff 16 lb Recoil Spring
Cylinder & Slide Videcki Trigger

The trigger alone greatly improved trigger feel. The EGW bushing really tightened it up and improved accuracy. It's really the perfect pistol to me now. I added a beautiful set of Coco Bolo grips from woodgrips.com, but I haven't been able to photograph them yet.

Any other questions don't be afraid to ask.

Heres my latest and greatest, Springfield GI.45. Havent had the funding to do anything with it yet but sure like it the way it is. Probably just go with some alumagrips and call it good for now.
