I am not doing anything to intentionally get them that big. I post them on Photobucket.com. It says that any pictures over 512kb will be resized (mine start out at 3MB) and apparently, they resize them to the way they show up here. I think the original files are 14"x?".
My birthday is coming up in a few months and I'm pretty much set on getting a Sig P229 .40 for concealed/off-duty purposes. I just visited the gun store today and I was drooling over the Sig P226 (might get that one later). I saw a nice Kimber .45 in there too. If I get any new additions I'll gladly post a picture of them here.
I made the stocks for both rifles. The K-98 is American Oak and the M-48 is Walnut. The scopes have been picked up over the last year at different places. The scope mount is from Brownell's.
The K-98 is a real shooter so far it has held some really impressive groups. the pink rings are from a SKS I was sighting in everything else is from the 98 at 100 yards will site it in at 200 this weekend if I can.
