I'm out of ideas, you better call Kahr Monday morning.

Well, the issue does seem to be that he tried to slide the slide off without pulling the trigger. I cannot believe the slide will not budge at all. If nothing else it should give way and break. You need to get it back to a position where the notches are alligned.
