K Frame Round Butt vs Square Butt?

with my small hands, on square butts, almost none of my hand is touching the area that is not there on a round butt. Therefore in my case, the square butts have extra metal that serves not purpose and seems to add unnecessary bulk. My M66 has a round butt.

Model 10-5 both, I used to like the square more, but am warming up to the round on certain guns, ie 547 3", 65 3" and this Model 10 with tapered barrel.

I gotta agree with the others that have said 3" or less round 4" or longer square.

My bony old hands like round butts and Hogue rubbers. Had my 4" M10 converted to RB. Can't do my 3". Serial number won't allow it.
