Car-chasing dogs? Put corner of shop rag behind edge of hubcap. Drive by dog's house, slowly enough so that the dog can catch the shoprag. The teeth usually hang up long enough for maybe three flips. One "successful hunt" is generally enough for most dogs.
A plastic water pistol with formaldehyde works well on dogs, making paper-routes with bicycles much easier...
