Personally I cannot see what the OP’s concern is, was the pistol made to fire cartridges? If so factory test firing or even a mag or two full at the shop will simply help mate new parts together. Back in the old revolver days I issued a new officer a S&W 66, he immediately complained the pistol had been fired before as he could see evidence on the face of the cylinder. I informed him 1. S&W proofs every other chamber before leaving factory and 2. Before the day was over the entire revolver would be covered with black residue along with both of his hands so “don’t sweat the small stuff”.
PS: I know of no manufacturer that cleans the weapon after test firing.
