Just an update on PSA Customer Service

most all of their AR stuff is built when ordered... A co-worker of mine picked up an AR at their store, and it took about 10 days from order to completion... Just a severely busy time of year..

I have purchased a SA XD9 SC from those guys,, and the folks in the store front are awesome..

Communication is the key in any business though,, and I also hate being ignored..

I don't have any affiliation with PSA, but I urge you to give them another chance!

I just happened to run across another bad customer service experience. It's not with PSA, and this guy has had a worse time than me... but I thought it was a great read. And you can see that treating customers like crap can have some nasty blowback.

P.S. - still haven't received any kind of response from PSA regarding the wrong parts, 2 days and counting.....

There is no excuse for lack of communication. That being said, you ordered your gun during the absolutely the busiest time of the year, what with Christmas and their Black Friday sale. I ordered two receivers on November 26 and a rifle kit on November 28 both online. The rifle showed up on Dec. 14 and the receivers on Dec. 16. I really wasn't expecting them any sooner and was surprised that they made it that fast (you know, what with Christmas and their Black Friday sale).

Sometimes things just slip through the cracks. That being said, I repeat, there is no excuse lack of communication

What the h e l l does you loving your MINI 14 have to do with PSA and poor customer service...........

I bought one of there stripped lowers and a complete M4 16" upper. I live with in driving distance so I was able to pick them up in person so I cant speak for there shipping and customer service, but I can say that the quality of what I bought is every bit as good as my S&W M&P15T I paid more than twice the money for. I have only 200rds thru it as of now with zero problems. The trigger is pretty good, Pmags drop like they should and it seems to be pretty accurate.

Just I never had to call Customer service with my MINI. I love it.

I've had three Mini 14's. Quite possibly THE most uninspiring rifles out of the box I have ever owned. I would put them in the AK/SKS category for group sizes. Sold them all and I will never own another.

Not sure why the MINI 14 stuff got brought into this... but anyways...

Another update...

I did finally receive a response from PSA this afternoon - 3 days after initial email.

They are sending out the carbine buffer tube with a tag to return the pistol tube. Hopefully it doesn't take another 2-3 weeks. I'll be glad once this whole debacle is over with.. and assuming everything works as it should... I might be a little less bitter.
