I took those terms and put them into google, and those were the results. Now you're complaining and accusing me of something, for doing exactly what you asked? That's pretty unfair, but seemingly par for the course when discussing anything with you.

I asked you to answer the question:
In fact, how many mosques are there in America, and how many churches and synagogues are there in Saudi Arabia?

My problem was that I assumed you were familiar with the violence I was referring to on the part of each group. I suspect that you were, but chose to look for links that led you to irrelevant facts so that you could avoid having to face the fundamental point posed by those examples.

Now, how silly does it sound if I say "That you would pretend to be unfamiliar with it is more proof that you are complicit in Hindu, Buddhist, and Serbo-Croat violence against other people, and that you support genocide against non-hindus, non-buddhists, and non-serbs"? That is exactly what you are doing when you label all of Islam the way that you do.

None in Saudi Arabia, lots in America. So what? What does this prove? I'm tired of explaining that Saudi Arabia and its wahhabists do not represent the entire Muslim world. So please find some relevance for that question beyond "See what the evil muslims are doing!", because it is blatantly dishonest.

When you do generalize about all of Islam based on Arab extremist governments, It's the equivalent of me saying "How many mosques were left untouched in Serb controlled Bosnia? NONE, therefore all Christians are evil and want to kill every other religion." That kind of generalization is silly. Now that you've been able to separate Tamil, Hindu, and Buddhist people who are violent from their religions, I will assume that you are motivated by personal animosity when you continue to attack Islam, rather than any real concern for Western decency.

I never accused all muslems of being terrorists, quite the opposite, but you persist in labeling me that way.

You ask me to do something, I made the effort to do it, now somehow it was a plot of mine to make you look like a fool? How does that work? All those links were on the first page of the google results using the terms you supplied.

It pains me, but I'll have to say it again: you do not discuss in good faith, so I won't discuss with you any longer.

And you're accusing me of being dishonest? You stated explicitly and repeatedly that Islam itself promotes and teaches terrorism. You attempted to justify that by quoting the Koran, but when that effort failed, you turned to using the Saudis as exemplars of the average muslim population.

My point is made nicely above. If you have no rational response, I'll understand.

Not just that, but he was also a thief, a bandit, committed massacrers against captives, and raped women and children both. There's also the small point that he's called a "prophet", yet prophesied nothing.

All this is the historical record, that none can dispute yet some would hide.

It looks like other folks have answered the request, but here goes anyway.

In the Old Testament the Jews killed everybody and everything in their path when taking Canaan. Their history continued to be violent to maintain the hold on the lands they took. It wasn't until the Romans squashed them that they were under control. Even then they killed their own in the name of religion.......ya'll do remember what happened to JC doncha?

The Romans tried to squash the Christians until they figured out how to use the upstart religion to control and expand their empire. Christianity continued to be violent throughout history with the Inquisition, numerous crusades and Salem witch trials. Christian violence occurred as late as the the 1800's with the Indian wars (gotta civilize tjhose savages and convert'em to Christianity) and the violent persecution of Mormons by their fellow christians. One could argue well into the 20th century with groups like Christian Identity which seem to have ties with the OKC bombing and other "christian" groups who bomb family planning clinics and murder doctors.
Then there is the violence between Sikhs and Hindus. Buddists and whomever. Moslems and everybody else. Everyone of them doing what their Invisible Man tells them to do. The Balkan conflict was/is primarily about religion. Northern Ireland to a certain degree has been about religion.
No religion has or ever will be immune to violence by some of it's followers.
