J Frame model 60 Vs Glock 27

What you carry is a personal decision/preference. I would not sell the Smith though, especially for what was offered. Those little Smiths are well sought after. I would keep it.

I'll third, fourth, whatever the people that urge you not to sell your Model 60. They're fine guns, probably best-in-class for small/concealable steel revolvers of their type. I carry a Model 60-10 (the 3" stretch snubby version) and love it for its reliability and ease of use. Admittedly, shooting one of these puppies *well* takes practice, but once you've learned to handle it, they just don't break or fail when you need them.

Nothing against the Glock, or any semi-automatic. If you're more comfortable carrying it, then that's fine -- they're good, reliable guns by all accounts. But I hope you realize what you've got in the Model 60. :-)

I'm with Deaf Smith ... sometimes I carry my 637 Airweight and sometimes I carry one of two semi-autos ... depends on where I'm going and what I'm wearing ... the snubbie is easy to conceal, carries nicely in a pocket and they are stone reliable ... if you can keep it, I sure would ...
