Is this round safe to fire?

Thanks for all the replies! This was done on a LNL press using a lee factory crimp. I made multiple rounds starting at 42 grains and worked all the way up to 51 ( hornady max is 51.2). This specific round was one of the 51 grain rounds which realistically I will not get to before I find pressure signs. I don’t believe it is compressed but it’s dang close. I used a crimp because I’m using it in an AR 10. I will back it off a bit for my next batch. I had it tighter and pulled one and there was no deformation to the cannelure or bullet so I know it’s not stupid heavy. Just to be safe I will pull this one and see what happened. Ps the OAL is 2.765. Most of the rounds fluctuated between 2.750-2.760.

So the FCD isn't causing the bulging. It's hard to tell without better focus exactly what the deal is. Indentations are from excess lube, but a bulge that stands proud is almost always due to a crimp shoulder. Whose seating die are you using? The Lee dead length die has no crimp shoulder, but most non-match style seaters do, and those dies are not meant to touch down on the shell holder when you don't crimp, and if you don't have the die body out far enough, they will try to and can cause a bulge.

You get some thing like that and then have to ask if it's ok to fire, it's not! It's one round, just one round. Take it apart!

Old rule. If you have to ask if its safe, its probably not.
If it were mine, I would shoot it in a hunting rifle. My bench rifles are chambered so tight neck, they would not chamber it.
