Is this a good trade?

I LOVE the 7.62 TT round, for both shooting and collecting, and I absolutely HATE the CZ52. They are not rare or even particularly scarce, and they are horrible shooters. They have uncomfortable grips and triggers, and as mentioned above, they are know for fragility with moderate to hot ammo. Why keep it? Both traders you mentioned are worth more than the CZ.
Dump the mule.

I have a guy that wants to trade me ... a Glock 19 with two 15 round magazine & case

There you go, I don’t want to stir back up the Glock vs. XD debate, but if your intention is to get the better trade bait gun that you could flip in a hurry, take the G-19 over the XD anyday & everyday. This ones is a no-brainer!

There were only @ 200K CZ52s made, IIRC.

glocks and XDs are common as dirt. (and almost up to dirt standards, too)

A Glock 19 is only worth about $400 and the XD not that much more.
I’ll be on the losing end, it seems, either way I go.

Keep the CZ they ain't making any more of 'em. The gun itself is between $370 to $450. The 3rd mag is another $30. The 700 rounds of 7.62x25 is another $250. So, we're talking $650 to $730.

A Glock 19 NEW would only run you $500 and change. The XD mod 2 package is still less than your CZ.

CZ 52's are running around $400 on Gunbroker. Used 19's start at $300ish and go up to about $800ish(for the guys who think they have gold.). A BNIB 19 is a bit under $600.
MSRP on a BNIB 4" 9mm XD is $565. You can have one with 6 extra mags for $375 on Gunbroker.
Money wise the trade is about even. No 52's made in 64 years.
