Apparently, one of the requirements to be an Iranian politician is insanity...:eek:

Crazy people with nukes - just what we need!!

I hereby call an emergency session of the UN Security Council. The Security Council should immediately embark on a 200 year study of the situation and in the meanime take decisive action by implementing an emergency diplomatic circle jerk.
 
Not if Israel has anything to do with it. I expect their nuclear program will soon experience a sudden and unexpected catastrophe.

I hope Israel bombs the living HELL out of Iran without UN approval...

If you support the UN, you're just as insane as Iran IMO.

Exactly. U.N. sanctions are apparently the first step toward demonstrating that someone has to go around the U.N. to invade your ass because the U.N. is freakin' worthless and has no teeth and lets psychotic despots walk all over it. :rolleyes:

I'm glad Israel's leaders (speaking in code here, so as not to offend the sensitive and/or politically correct) can muster the stones to tell the UN to go shag itself and put the survival of their own people ahead of one-world socialism.

I wonder what they would do if they shared a common border with Mexico?? I'll wager there would be heaps of spent .50 cal. casings on the north side of the border and no more illegals invading on a nightly basis!!:D:D
 
There are very few ways that Isreal can attack Iran with the American army in the way. Infiltrators with a suitcase nuke (they did it to themselves) will wipe out Irans plans as well as a missle attack. In such a short time till Iran gets nukes there are not too many options.

Because of America in the way I don't see a direct attack possible by Isreal. Heck I been wrong before though:D

it would only serve to deepen the divide between between those in Islam sitting the fence and would bring some over that fence. It would be considered as a direct attack on Islamic peoples. You dont go around kicking beehives before your move them.....

no, in todays world you ask/plead with liberals and the UN, detail your plan of attack, get everyone's approval, delay, reconsider, resubmit plan, ask permission, delay, cut force in half, resubmit, ask permission, cut force by half again, resubmit, plead, beg, resubmit, detail plan of attack, ask france to help, redeploy troops because france said no, ask the UN for permission again, go it alone with less troops because we wouldn't want to offend the UN, swat at beehive with bare arms, enrage liberals because of high number of stings, ask for more troops and protection gear, get denied for gear becuase too many troops, send band-aids from france, swat more bees found, ask for UN aid, get denied because of danger, stick head up butt because too many bees and not enough help.

Not really.

He's just saying what 99% of muslems think. They've been saying the same kind of stuff, even worse, for decades now. The only reason we know about what this guy is saying, is because it's on Drudge, and the only reason for that is their nuclear program. The only reason for that program, is specifically to destroy Israel.

Consider that Iran is one of the major oil producers in the world, and that building some refineries and oil-powered power plants would be far cheaper and far easier to do. Instead, they have to have nuclear energy?

No, the entire reason for their nuclear program is to build bombs, has been right from the start. And they need bombs, because they could not, and cannot, face Israel on the field of battle, so they couldn't manage to do what they really wanted, which is the extermination of the jewish state and the genocide of it's people.

But with nuclear weapons, they can - and they will. The hatred muslems feel for Israel and jews is hard for Westerners to understand. Israel understands though, and you can count on a reaction.
 
Talk until you can't talk any more, than DO. Accidents happen. Iran is risking quite a bit with the development of nukes. I don't think Isreal will sit idly by with an Iranian nuke, because they know precisely why Iran wants nukes. Maybe they can test their first one in Tehran.

On the other hand, maybe it's time for the civilized nations of the world to grow a pair and stop being held hostage at the whim of a deranged, psychotic minority who justify their barbaric actions by rallying under the tent of a pathalogic religion that preaches "kill the infidels."

Since "the religion of peace" advocates death and the killing of all who do not submit to it - and that is exactly what the Koran advocates - maybe it's time for the non-Muslim nations to wake up to the fact that we are dealing with the equivalent of a rabid dog and there's no reasoning with or negoriating with a rabid dog.

Maybe it's time for the civilized nations of the world to stop accomodating those who would kill its citizens. Maybe it's time to wake up and face the music - and then actually do something about it - what a concept.

No Muslim in the world is sitting on the fence. As for being an attack on Islamic people, when Israel blew the Libyan nuclear plant to Mars, their answer to the criticism was something along the lines of "If you have a problem with this, you know where to find us." We in the US *talk* about unrest in the Middle East, but in Israel they *live* it--and they flat-ass don't tolerate serious threats to their security.

I think Israel is beyond the point they are willing to work within proposed "compromises" from outsiders. Including the U.S.

If they perceive the threat, they will take it out.
