No, the Lee die does that. They told me it's normal.
I will assume they (was Lee) were talking about the factor crimp die. I have Lee factory crimp dies, I do not use them but if I shoved the crimp down that far I do believe removing the crimp die from the neck of the case would wreck the case. There is something about Chinese fingers reloaders do not understand.
And then if the rub board pattern is caused by the sizing die I would suggest the reloader get their money back.
