Human beings. Yeah, the Constitution frames our government and all but at the end of the day it's still just a piece of paper and only we - human beings - are the ones that can decide whether or not the words on that piece of paper mean a damn thing.Redworm, it depends on what you consider to be ultimately the Supreme law.
Assuming good faith on the part of all involved, you have an opinion and a judge has a different opinion. Since the judge's opinion carries more weight in matters of law than your opinion, that's about the size of things.However, I believe the "law" is unconstitutional according to the 2nd Amendment, and therefore, pursuant to Article VI of the Constitution, that "law" is not "law" regardless of what a Judge says. He is simply wrong.
Now I know you will say, "yeah well pal, violate it and see what happens" however, my entire point is, the Judge has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution.
