Do you people understand what "subpoena" means? It's not an option whether or not he shows up at the hearing. It's federal, no less.

SUB means underneath or below.
POENA sounds like it may be the root (?latin) from which the name for the male sex organ is derived.
We can therefore presume that SUB-POENA means "they've got you by the balls":D
 
ALL federal firearms laws are unconstitutional. Unconstitutional?? Yep..no area of the Constitution gives the federal government ANY power to create laws pertaining to civilians and firearms. Such laws constitute "infringement" in violation of the Second Amendment.

Only by twisting the meaning of the "commerce clause" of the constitution has the federal government even been able to give the false impression that it has such authority.

I would LOVE to sit on a jury deciding a case where federal firearms laws were "violated". Can we say, JURY NULLIFICATION?
