I voted like a gun owner...did you?

I voted early last Friday. Got some strange looks because it only took me about thiry seconds to select straight Republican ticket, then I was out of there.

Voted about 11:10am. About HALF of my precinct had already voted. Looks like a strong turnout for GWB in Idaho.

ALso cast my first vote for a Libertarian today. Does that make me a genuine independent?

I voted like a gun-owning pro-choice vegetarian and almost broke the booth, if not my own brain. I wore my NRA hat and my Rock for Choice dog tags and prayed for Ventura in 2004.

Darryl:I too live in Fla(Tampa) and I am hoping we as a state can help put Bush in.It looks too close to call right now but I will hang my head if my fellow Floridians help the Goron....Aliens1956:O

GW/Lightfoot Out here in Kalifornia, as did the rest of my family. Was going browne out here in commie land but as it got tighter thought might as well make it as tight as possible, there is a .0001% chance that gore could lose this nest of liberals.

Yep, at 7:25 a.m. I live in a heavily Democratic district, but also a very pro-gun and pro-hunting district where GWB will win.

The only "fun" vote I cast was for a Libertarian Corporation Commission candidate. Since the commission in Oklahoma regulates business I figure this would be like being an Education Secretary pledged to abolish the department!

I also vote against all our appeals judges (who are on retention ballots) just on the the principle of the thing, and to remind them that they will be civilians again sometime.

Damn straight. Harry Browne and all the pro-gun Idaho candidates I could find (which are just about all of them :)).

I didn't get a chance to vote until 1500 hrs CST but I did it the right way! I even cast a Libertarian candidate versus a Republican!
The Republican is B Thompson of the 2nd district in MS

Voted straight republican ticket with the exception of one local pro-gun democrat
State Representative with a NRA A Rating.

There was one libritarian on the ticket for
US Representative-- Wildy- who manfactures the .475 wildy semi auto pistol. He did not expect to get elected as he was running against Leberman as Dem US Rep and Gordano as Rep US Rep.

Gordano is my current mayor and a anti gun scum bag but still 1000 times better than Lieberman-the Herr Klinton Clone--so as I knew Wildy had no chance and I wanted to make sure Lieberman did not get elected,
I held my nose-hard- and voted from my scum bag mayor ,Gordano, anti gun republican just to spit Lieberman.

Boy ,that choice sure stunk; what I do for pay back! Geeze!

I would have really enjoyed voting for pro-gun libertairian gun mfg Wildy but no a snowballs chance of getting elected in anti gun Conn. so I voted for luke warm anti gun republican Gordano to spit really serious anti gun anti rights Lieberman.

And behind this door: shall it be........ scum bag #1 or scum bag #2.

How about a choice between good and bad instead of bad and worst.

I VOTED MY GUNS, ALL 200 OF THEM!

I voted pro gun all the way..GWB/Cheney..and...well when you live in Massachusetts that is pretty much the only progun choice there was. I did vote for the Libertarian Carla Howell who ran against Fat ole teddy....
