I thought I had all the guns that I would ever want or need

"My 357 has one more round in the cylinder than YOUR 357!"

You MUST buy THIS handgun.

Life will not be complete without it.

Until that next handgun comes along.

These are supposedly awesome Smiths by the way.

Very sweet triggers and VERY accurate.

Hope I convinced you to wait to buy it.:D

I didn't need a new gun

but Friday on the way home from work I stopped by my local gun dealer and ordered a New Ruger Super Blackhawk. My wife asked me why I needed a new gun. I told I don't have a 44 Mag. that's blued. and I have an empty spot in the safe right now,and it looks unbalanced. Now I have a reason to get up Tuseday. I don't have a gun that starts with the letter R. I need another single action. But the truth is I don't really need another gun. Put the problem is they keep making the darn things.

Ain't it the truth. I'll bet I've said that 50 times in the last 40 years, and I'll also bet that I've bought and sold at least that many. My total at any one time seems to have stabilized at 10 -12, but the stock is constantly changing. I recently decided that I wanted to start carrying 45's, so I sold my SigPro 2022 [I still have my P6 and P228], and bought a Taurus and Kahr 45.

You will find that you have a LOT LESS "NEED" if you don't read the gun boards and the gun rags. We keep hearing about this or that "neat" gun and get inspired that we "need" it, LOL.

We know the gun rags are financed by the firearms marketing people. Sometimes I wonder if these gun boards aren't stealth weapons of marketing too, LOL.

Your funny! Have all the guns you need or want:eek: Just no way that will happen unless you lock yourself in a dark room and never come out:D

I was watching t.v. and saw the production of those pro series revolvers. I believe it was on American Rifleman or shooting USA. They are fine products and If I remember correctly they are all fine tuned by jerry miculek's gunsmith. I have wanted one ever since.

I always think I have all I'll ever want or need and then I read a gun magazine at Barnes and Noble or go to the local gun shop just to "shoot the breeze" and there it is, the next must have, can't live without.

For a thousand bucks? ummm... it's kinda ugly?

Go find a nice classic S&W. You'll pay less & have something that won't make ya cringe when ya pull it outta the case.

AND... ya won't need no steenkeeng KEY to make it work.:barf:

As for the "all I want or need..." That's funny! :D

I thought I had all the guns that I would ever want or need
I remember telling myself that when I was 21, and 22, and 23...fast forward to 56, I finally quit that stuff LOL. It just ain't gonna happen. :o
