I thought I had all the guns that I would ever want or need

There will always be a latest greatest higher capacity lighter weight version of the gun you just bought. Be happy with what you own.

I've got all the guns I need. All the guns I want, well, that's another matter.

I don't have any thing up next on my list, but I'm still dying for a Colt 1911 XSE and a S&W .44mag.

Look @ Guns like Golf Clubs or Fishing Rods

Do golfers carry only 5 or 6 irons during a tournament?

Lets say you are a fisherman, can you use your light action 2lb trout rod for Blue Marlin in the ocean? HECK NO!

BUY THEM ALL! Each gun you probably have purchased serves a particular niche for your personal beliefs in how you will be intending on using it.

Yea, my wife gives me grief, "do you REALLY need THAT many guns?"

I just respond with a simple "YES!"

Chinney33: you need to buy this new guy because you simply deserve it and you can. Then in a couple of months you will realize how ugly it is, it has a bad trigger and is really unbalances. Plus you can't hit a man sized silhouette from 20 feet. At that point you can email me p22045acp@hotmail.com to work out a deal. :D

Seriously, if you like it, buy it and enjoy it! :)

What is this "need" word you speak of?

I know I really don't "need" many guns. Hardly ever slows me down though. :D

I said the same thing about a woman once,,,

Turns out I was mistaken then as well,,,

Every gun I buy is the "last one I need",,,
Actually, the second gun I bought actually was the last one I needed.

Then I started to find out about the "Wantit's",,,
Don't needit, just wantit!

Today after work I am going to purchase a pistol that I have no need for,,,
It's a Smith & Wesson Model 15 Combat Masterpiece in .38 Special.

Do I need another handgun?,,,
Heck no, I just have a bad case of the wantit's.

Hey, I'm single, not in debt, and I pay cash for my toys,,,
I can't see a reason for not indulging myself.

Besides, when I die,,,
Someone is gonna be very happy.

why is s&w barrels always a different shade than the rest of the gun?(frame+cylinder)

I didn't notice this. Wow. My SSR, which is like a 4" version of this gun is bead blasted, both barrel, cylinder and frame.

I think it might look awkward in real life.

H.

Oh, I don't like that new 686 at all! It's an abomination! 686s are supposed to have a full underlug barrel. 19/66s do not. Looks like something marketing foisted on engineering!

Sorry! I'm too much of a classic revolver lover, LOL.
