I need opinions on MP94 Combo Gun

The MP94 combo gun was originally sold as the IZH94. I am looking into getting one in 12ga over 30-06. I own many 12 gauges and hunt with my Remington 700 in 30-06. I want the gun for hunting as my new "go to gun". It would be used primarily on fowl and deer but occasionally on everything else :D . I like the fact of two calibers on one gun at the same time. I already own a Baikal MP220f and do like it. I would appreciate any suggestions/opinions that you may have on the MP94 combo gun especially in 30-06. Thanks
 
Excellent novelty and even as a practical single hunting gun in North America. But you're past that. Still, If you think it's cool, and even useful in your CURRENT circumstances, know and like the manufacturer, you'll have to buy it.
