Pittspilot,

"no matter what, the victory for Bush is screwed"

Not all in all, he will still pick supreme court justice's, If he isnt than its the non-liberal base of people that are screwed.

I am currently in the AF and praying that Bush gets in there, so I wont have to worry about a algore in office, but after this you couldnt pay me any amount of money to stay in a marxist gov't, no matter who was prez.

I have said in the past that this country will divide and it is, this country needs its back broken before it can get back on track.

Who will be prez if this goes past Jan. 18th?? I think and dont quote me but I think Gore would take over buy default.

The media thinks this is a joke, you have Jessie pouring gas on the fire and he's probally handing out matches in case Bush is declared a winner, we havent had a good riot in a while, the media is just stirring things up saying that the people's vote must count.. So now you have thousands of senior citz. jacked on dawg food all upset.

That USA Today county-by-county map has reinforced my support of the E.C.

dischord,

My sentiments exactly! Thanks for so succinctly putting it into words.

I think that Bush will not be able to get the SC Justices he wants. Remember they have to go through the Senate. The Dems will fight kick and scream all the way, and Remember that some of those Rep Senators are very Liberal. The media will stay on message about how Bush did not win the popular majority, and Gore will be on the sidelines like the Government in waiting. Bush will be a lame duck for 4 years. Maybe he can pull it out, but he does not seem to have the ability to use the bully-pulpit in this manner, which he would have to do. It might be better to have this one go to Gore and let him deal with the taint of being a sore loser and an illegitimate President. Gore would find it impossible to get the Justices he wants in, although he is liable to get the most Liberal Black woman he can find, and when the Republicans reject her, we will here him scream Racism, and then we will see Jesse, and then I will shoot my TV. Actually we can't let Gore win the presidency. But even if Bush wins I still feel his Presidency will be one term, and frustrating.

pittspilot,

All good points you make, but I don't know about shooting the TV. How would you get your Rosie O'Donell fix? I don't know 'bout you, but I simply can't function without a daily dose of Rosie... ;)
