I am a bit on edge and frustrated

And well if I would to scratch up an AR ect.... when I carry it all the time I would not feel as bad than I would scratching up a pritty wood stock.

Scratching up a wood stock doing something other than hunting would make me sad. :(

Keep it simple... 50rds+ without a reload...

FN FiveSeven and a PS90
or
Glock17 and a Keltec Sub2000 (Hint: Buffalo Bore +P+)
or
Keltec PMR30 and RMR30 (60rds without a reload, CCI Maxi-Mags or Hornady 30gr VMAX)
or
8" 300blk pistol (with a Shockwave Brace) shooting full-power rounds and one of the Surefire 60rd mags.

Mall Ninjas! I'll still be chuckling to myself after the holidays! Thank you 45_Auto!

Nathan,
I honestly think that Pax has some pretty sound advice that is spot on.
I carry a 5 shot snub daily with a speed strip of 5 extra rounds in my pocket and I have never felt under gunned. With your current arsenal, I'm betting you wouldn't either if you heed his advice.
Another thing that I would suggest is to maybe refine your current choices. Remember that old humorous saying about beware of the man who only owns one gun, he probably knows how to use it? I'm not saying I only own one, nor am I saying that I carry the same one each and every day, but there is a bit of truth in that old phrase.

Free state problems.

Just be thankful you don't live in California. Leftwing politicians have made that decision for their subjects, er citizens.

If you carry a handgun in your vehicle it must be unloaded in a locked container. (Unusable for self-defense in other words) There is a very limited list of "safe CA approved" handguns. You can purchase one with a 10 day wait, but only once every 30 days.

You cannot purchase magazines with more than 10 rounds for any firearm.

Worse, if you have a rifle with cosmetic "evil features" (pistol grip, flash suppressor, adjustable butt stock) the magazine must not be removable without tools. (In other words similarly unusable for self-defense)

Life is easy in CA. So few complex decisions to make.

Clearly... It's like paradise. Great weather too...

Gyvel no I carry 2 guns lol there is a lot of "or" in there lol
I don't think it is the plethora of "or" in your post, but rather the shortage of commas, semi-colons, and periods. I'm sure there are English majors who can find a few mistakes in this post alone, but there is a certain level of punctuation required for clear written communication. Frankly, I'm not getting it from your posts.

So, you are thinking you should carry a full size primary pistol, a buck-up gun, a 30-30 or 44 mag lever gun, AND now a more powerful rifle everywhere you go?
Not because you can, or you think it would be entertaining, or just to try it out, but because your current load-out is not sufficient and you feel unprepared? I'm not sure how to respond to that.
I carry a single pistol some of the time and feel pretty amazingly safe when I have it and reasonably safe when I don't. I can understand a BUG. I can appreciate a carbine in the trunk. Doesn't really cause any discomfort in the trunk and you might want to have a long gun just in case you g to the range. I have had periods I keep a 22lr target rifle in my trunk just in case I have a chance to sneak off to a range.
An additional rifle in a pack on my person seems a bit much though.
