I believe the first thread on this subject was under the name Kodiac and the title was Firearms Confessional or something like that.
 
There's those that have, and there's those that will -- me, I haven't yet and every time I hear of these incidents (they're not that uncommon), I review procedures again hoping that I won't.

It would be nice to know for sure where that bullet ended up.
