How to totally reform without violence?

Well, fortunately such reform would not be mine alone to purpose to the people, because I am certainly not an economics major, though I do understand quite a bit about how silly the whole money concept can be and how the stock market is really a legalized gambling in some senses, most especially with day trading.

I think the constitutional framework provided by the founding fathers is more than adequate. Our problem is we don't adhere to constitution provisions in general. Most governmental spending is not authorized by the constitution. The issue of states rights was settled by the Civil War. The Supreme court legislates from the bench creating "rights" that have no place in the constitution.

It is the quest of power via the acquisiton of money at the federal level that allows distortions to continue. Eliminate the flow of money to the federales and a lot of the distortions will correct. Were I elected king for one day I would abolish withholding for federal taxes, state taxes, medicare taxes, and social security taxes. My obective is not effeciency in collecting taxes. My objective is to force each and every taxpayer to write a periodic check to the appropriate gov't agency. At that point the taxpayer will evalute what they get against the cost.

My second act would be to take the rest of the day off and watch nature take it course.

Tyranny need money to grow, expand, and fester.
