because you didnt instruct him how to use his firearm?.....that means i could buy 9mm ammo and sue walmart for not telling me that it would kill someone if i shot them with it
 
ammorelds you should try reading hte warning labels on every box of ammo that the large comercial manufacturers sell. There is a reason they print it on the box. There is a reason that gun manufacturers have the warning to read the manual before firing the gun writen on the gun itself. The have prbably been sued a few times too many so they took those measures to protect themselves from the idiot lawyers of even bigger idiots.
 
You should DEFINITELY have good warning labels on all your boxes and any business owner in modern America without a lawyer and accountant on speed dial is flushing cash down the toilet and playing with fire.
 
there are warning labels on cars that say dont change belt while car is running.....i understand all of that but what he is saying is that some guy bought shot gun ammo from him, hurt another hunter. now the hunter that got hurt sued him and won.....the only way that is possible is if the guy that shot the other was directly connected to his business....it could be in a lot of different ways but you cant sue walmart for the ammo you bought killing someone you shot (you can sure try though).......im not trying to make it a fight but my only comment was he needed a better lawyer....i didnt know it was settled out of court by the insurance company.....im sure it was cheaper to settle than fight it off
