there are warning labels on cars that say dont change belt while car is running.....i understand all of that but what he is saying is that some guy bought shot gun ammo from him, hurt another hunter. now the hunter that got hurt sued him and won.....the only way that is possible is if the guy that shot the other was directly connected to his business....it could be in a lot of different ways but you cant sue walmart for the ammo you bought killing someone you shot (you can sure try though).......im not trying to make it a fight but my only comment was he needed a better lawyer....i didnt know it was settled out of court by the insurance company.....im sure it was cheaper to settle than fight it off
