How light a trigger is too light?

The trigger on your carry gun is too light if:

1. If you are uncomfortable handling the loaded gun without the safety on.

2. If you've EVER discharged the gun before you meant to while practicing. Not talking AD here, I'm talking about having the gun go off while you're aiming, but before you want it to.

3. If you feel the need to repeatedly caution people who are shooting your gun for the first time about how light the trigger is.

4. If you even THINK your trigger might be too light.

Remember, this isn't about target shooting. It's about needing to be 100% sure that your gun will go off EXACTLY when you want it to. Not before, not accidentally, not when you're suddenly startled...
