How Does Everybody Like This.

I like it.
I was never really fond of the idea that a COMPACT has to have a SNUB barrel - when the part that needs the help to hide is the butt.

This works.

Dremmel off the molded in finger grooves - if it has one still, install some Ashley Outdoors night sights and you got a good daily American Express Package. (You never leave home without it)

Now - if you could just do one up on .40 caliber...

To understand the true nature of a Politician - you have to look at the root words in Politics. Poli = meaning Many, and Tics = meaning blood sucking insects.

Good GOD man!!! You might as well have burned a church!!! :D

FWIW, I don't want my G32 done but it actually looks kind of neat with the mag extension in place. BTW, you must have stainless steel cods the size of basketballs to just start cutting on your Glock's frame like that. :)

Well, I would have bought a gun like this (in .357 Sig) instead of my 33 had Glock made one available. I find the baby Glocks too stubby to conceal as easily as a longer bbl gun (it may be counter-intuitive, but that's my experience: the longer slide makes the thing sit better and makes the bulge look less obtrusive), and I like to have a concealable butt (erm, I mean . . . well, you know what I mean). Man, Rangie, I like it!

cheers,
erich

I had the same idea only with a G21. I thought up two different styles though. The first was a GLOCK 30 frame with G21 slide. The second pistol was a G21 frame with GLOCK 30 slide.

Craphouse?? Isn't that just any house in Australia?

"you killed your gun man"

--You guys crack me up! :) :) :)

G-21 that fits G-30 mags??? That would be sweeeeeeet!

Rangie if you like it and it works for you its great. Now go get a patent on it before Glock sees it, and you can sell them the design and buy more tools to tinker with.

I am all for getting one of each. I plan on getting a G27 to match my G22. That way you can have the best of both worlds. :-)

After getting by the shock of cutting on a much beloved G19, I like it. If it works for you, who cares what anyone else thinks. Has the same thinking as the Colt CCO which has become so popular.

Hey rangie, don't let em get to you. It's what ever blows your hair back. I own a Glock 19 and think your project serves your purpose. You may remember you have me some info on removing the mag safety from a Browning Hi-Power. It worked great and does lighten the trigger pull and makes it more enjoyable at the range.
