How can this be legal..

Let me state loud and proud there should be NO gun laws.

The only person gun laws hurt is law abiding people!

If criminals cared about laws, they would not be criminals lol.

Ted Nugent for president.

The question I have is how accurate is the rifle going to be.... I've shot a number of full auto rifles and they did very little for me.... shots tend to run up and to the right.

I agree we should be able to own whatever we want with no restrictions.
But, for this thing, I do have to wonder.... 'why'?
Fun? OK. That I can see. Practical applications? I can't see.

Paid $349 + tax for mine today, most fun I've had with a rifle in years.
The "learning curve" is almost non-existent, was doing 2 and 3 round bursts with the first clip. Can dump a 30 round clip in around 2 seconds.
Economical: No, Cost effecient: No, Most accurate: No, Necessary: No, Fun: HELL YES.
Glad I bought mine, not all of us can afford a full auto, and if this ain't the next best thing, I don't know what is.

PS: Can't shooting just be FUN once in a while without being picked apart by 'experts'?

Only problem I see here is I don't have 350 bucks to spare for one!

Neither did I! I traded a Glock 40cal. I almost never shoot for one at my local dealer. This is much more awesome than another handgun that just collects dust!
Gotta get back to reloading now, this thing EATS ammo...

It's NOT illegal in CA

I've seen them for sale at gun shows in Kalifornia, the state where you can't even own a single-shot Barrett rifle in .50BMG, but don't get me started. The ATF (or do they prefer BATFE?) even had a table and agents at one of those shows. Kalifornia restricts devices that manipulate/alter trigger function; this device is a non-folding shoulder stock which has nothing to do with the trigger, hence, not illegal.
