They do have a very nice web site however.

Well, I like knowing that if I come under fire from the JBT
that I have well over 8000 people right here that should know that I am 100% legal as their laws were written the last time that I looked! I made a post a while back about how to make a post ban lower and a pre ban upper legal and asthetic at the same time. Stroke of the pen as they say and I might have converted a now illegal [as of 1-1-09 per batfreg.177.8 part7]upper which was very perfectly legal when I did it.
Their website is a good source of info and I don't think that they will kick your doors down for viewing it. At least they haven't been to my house yet. You can download forms etc.
