Hi-cap magazine legal question

I can't speak for other mags but GLock mags overseas are stamped not for sale in the US with a date on them. I found a guy at a gun shop trying to sell them.

Those were probably imported into or manufactured in the US and marked as required under the provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations for magazines to be exported. Does anyone know if Glock now exports guns from the US to other contries?

The Glock mags (at least the ones sold at the base Rod and Gun clubs in Germany) are stamped along the spine (between the witness holes) as follows"

RESTRICTED US, POST 13-SEP-94
