hi-cap legality question

As NRAlife put it,

"Here I go again...
CBlackjr, el al,

By Hi-Caps, do you really mean "standard capacity" magazines? ...as opposed to the restricted capacity magazines that have been forced upon on us by misguided lawmakers. Please, let's not legitimize the anti-gunners inflamatory verbiage by using it ourselves."

Same observation applies to "assault rifles". They aren't selective fire, they aren't assault rifles. Should anyone mention that "the term is already in the general vernacular", or words to that effect, at one time, so were the following terms, not so often heard today. Nigger, Kike, Ginny or Wop, Mick, Spic, Hunky, Chink, and perhaps others that some readers might think of.

Jeff,
No, I do not feel elitist or statist. Any LEO that feels statist or elist is a fool. LEOs are no better off than any other citizen and in a lot of ways we are much worse off (even our off duty lives are controled by our employers). In many ways LEOs are used by the politicians and the elite for their own gain, we (LEOs) pay for that gain with our blood.

Are their LEOs with an elitist attitude? Of course there are, just like there are in most other professions. I don't think LEOs are the worst at this thought. We have not started putting LEO at the end of our names like some other professions do on there personal checks, ex. John Smith, MD; John Smith, Esquire; John Smith, Phd. etc.
