I don't think ANYONE is sure what factory No. 52 was... The Soviets were kind of closed mouth about that sort of thing...
The cartridge could also be, I believe, Yugoslavian or Bulgarian if it contains Cyrillic characters. They followed Soviet headstamp practices for some years.
